Information Access in the BI Platform
Overview
Our BI platform provides flexible access to data, enabling customers to gain insights through interactive dashboards or direct database queries. This document outlines the available options for accessing information within our Business Intelligence (BI) ecosystem.
Ingedata’s Superset instance is accessible here ↗
Available Access Options
1. Apache Superset Instance
Customers can access an Apache Superset instance, which allows them to:
- Explore and visualize data through interactive dashboards.
- Create and maintain custom dashboards tailored to their business needs.
- Utilize various visualization tools to derive meaningful insights.
2. Direct Read-Only Database Access
For customers who wish to integrate our data directly into their own BI tools, we provide low-level read-only access to our database. This allows:
- Direct querying of data using SQL.
- Integration with third-party BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Secure access with controlled permissions to ensure data integrity.
Security and Access Control
- All access to the BI platform is governed by strict security policies.
- Read-only access ensures that no modifications can be made to the underlying data.
- Credentials and connection details are provided upon request and subject to approval.
